if they even give you the points I am waiting on two lots of these plus 500 bonus points for using my new key fob and double points from when I first used it until 11th december

They halfed the points last year...really bad move...now trying to give them back as specials...so nowt new really :wink:

You need to contact nectar support within 30 days I believe and they will look into any issues.

I did that they fobbed me off and said it can take 28 days for them to be added which they still havnt waiting on another reply from them I also got a coupon for 800 points which I added to the card and it showed on the receipt then the next day they were gone again and havnt gone back on I think there are too many special offer points for them to keep up

Difficult to spot :wink: On the top line on the first page on your Nectar site :confused: . You can lead a horse to water etc etc .
