Found this in Poundstretcher Bury. Seems good value for true virgin organic coconut oil unlike some of the cheap and nasty stuff which is knocking about.

this is only stuff I use on my skin - it's greasy but it just leaves the skin soft after you wash it off. Seems to work well for inflamed areas that are trying to turn into spots and basically ungunks pores but your results may vary. does clog up some skin types. its also great for cooking and hi-fat low-carb eating.

It's only good for high temp frying. At lower temps virgin olive oil is better.

Doesn't virgin oil have a lower smoke point than olive oil?
