Beconase adult nasal spray - really useful hay fever relief, reduced from £7 to £1.75 use before June 2019 so I can keep these in a cupboard for next summer. Found in Wilko Barnsley.

The trick is not to 'snort' to hard and to rest your chin on the top of your chest when doing it so it stays in your nose and doesn't go too far and end up down your throat, I do agree it tastes nasty but once I got the hang of it it helps :smiley:.

It doesn't say a size - but it does say 100 sprays.

Thanks, ok it's the smaller size of the two. Larger is 180 sprays approx.
