Just bought this washer and to me is an amazing deal compared to others, 1600 spin and 8kg.
Has pretty good reviews, quite excited to wash clothes for a change

My parents have this machine, the 1600rpm spin makes a difference to how dry clothes come out. The display tell you how long a programme has left too which is handy so you can gauge your time to do something in the meantime.

We have a Candy washing machine with 1600 spin, comes into its own in the winter months. We just spin at 800 in the summer as the clothes can dry outside, but in the winter we use a dehumidifier, and so the 1600 spin really helps. We paid about the same for our one a few years ago, but ours only took a 6kg load and doesn't have a display indicating how long the cycle has to run. If we needed a washing machine, I would have no hesitation picking up one of these. Though if your machine gets a lot of use, when it stops working in 3 years time, don't call out the engineer, just change the brushes, anyone can do it, and a set of brushes is less than £20 See YouTube for videos on how to do it, it's the same process regardless of brand.

Bought this in January, had it replaced in May and guess what its broke again! 3 weeks now waiting for a part to come for them to fix it. Candy customer service are an absolute disgrace. When it works the machine is fab but seriously unreliable to have broke twice in 11 months.

My Candy washing machine is 23 years old and still going well. Didn't know they were still about. Love mine but new ones do more than mine probably.
