These are store specific and always happen after 8 weeks as standard or after 4 weeks based on managers discretion seems like a misleading title that makes it sound like a special discount instead of standard special buy discounts to make room....

I don't normally reply to stupid comments.
Stock: supply of stock that a merchant has on hand.
Clearance: as in clearance sale, a sale in which prices are lowered in order to sell things quickly and make room for new stock.
It follows that the terms used were indeed correct,I even had the intelligence to point out that the stock clearance was store specific, and was more than happy to share my good fortune with others local to the area, perhaps in future when I'm overjoyed with saving £200 on my purchases and wish others to benifit from a clearance sale, that I think of your comments, and not bother to post anymore stock clearance sales.

I make the statement as store specific deals clutter the site a lot (it's like a yellow sticker and people hate yellow stickers) and people rush down to there's thinking it will be elsewhere despite your statement.
I also made the post to make it clear that this is a manager discretion discount so most probably won't be anywhere else and finally so people know how the discounts work they can plan when to pop back to there store... once I found out the 8 weeks (my locals manager doesn't discount at 4) I know when to pop back and have had good success with knowing when to pop back and get it cheaper including pressure cooker, clamps and a load other stuff.
