My dad buy this out the pound shop and had done for year with no problem then last year we got it. We actually need new windows and stick this outside the window so the windows can't be opened as they don't shut proberly. It never came off all year and lets on no bracts at all. Don't buy ant expensive ones. You can get draft excluders to go in and have a noisy. Good luck and heat from me xxx
