Even though the app is owned by Mastercard, anyone can download and add any credit or debit card to it. Just register put in code QKR10BH1 (generic code, provided by Mastercard themselves so not a personal code), and £10 will appear on app. As long as you spend £11 or more, the £10 will be taken off.
Once you register and put code in, you have 30 days to use it. Must register code by 31 December.
Wagamama is my recommendation of the 3 chains as they NEVER seem to do any promos/offers whereas the others do loads all the time.
I don't see why it wouldn't work to buy gift vouchers, useful for lone diners especially to go 2 or 3 times, if you get a £16 voucher and meals can be under £5 with a 50% off code.

Also if you refer someone they get £5 instantly. So if your going as a couple or group you can refer each other and get £15 per person to spend.

Also as a side note the app is pretty impressive as your bill is almost instant and lets you select what items you want to pay for.So would be useful for a group

This is how the entire process works :-
1. You download the app - put the code OP has provided(in the rewards tab on the app) and get 10 promo credit
2. Have your partner/spouse/friend do step 1 as well
3. Both apps will now have referral codes to share - use them in each other's app - so code in app from Step 1 applied to app in step 2 and vice-versa
4. If done successfully so far, both of you will have 15 promo credit each to spend(can be checked by going to the rewards tab - where you would have applied the code in the first instance)
5. Go to the above mentioned restaurants - check in on the app and then start a table
6. Give the waiter/waitress the table code and your food order
7. When they key in your order against the table code, you will see them appear straight away on your apps
8. Split the order into 2 to take maximum benefit if the order is going to be more than 30 or so - thereby taking 30 off as gained in steps 1-4.
9. At the end of the process - pay the remaining balance and each receive 5 pounds each as promo balance for the next eat out.
Hope the above steps helps for those who haven't used it still or are unclear.
IMHO this is a very very hot deal and deserves all the attention and heat - thanks for sharing OP.

When you get to the restaurant check in on the app and then start a table. This gives you a number to give the server. Then once you have ordered your items should show on the app. give the table number on the app to your friend and get them to join a table on the app. Then you can split the bill by selecting what items you have had.

I don't think you would be able too. As when you are seated you give a code when you order that becomes your table number as such. What allows you and other in your table to view the bill on the app
