Pressure Cook a bag of frozen peas and a quarter already fried of this for 20 mins....blitz after......pea and ham soup
I like a few green lentils, mixed herbs and garlic with mine... and to remain a bit chunky.......lovely :wink:

I bought one of these in Lidl last week looked like a big end of unsliced back bacon.
Opened it at home and it was 3 lovely thick bacon chops. Just because its cheap doesn't mean its not bloomin lovely !

my dad buys it all the time he looks through the packs and gets the good ones like thick bacon chops, awesome in a chicken and bacon pie.

What about chopping it up into cubes and using it in liver and bacon with mashed potato and onion gravy?
