are these better then the black 3.55m jacks controller . The left analog always messes up . And I'm not even heavy handed

left stick is still a bit poor. it gets stuck in the direction when going to a side if you start to click it down by accident. 360 controllers didnt do this

do I need the new Xbox one s to get these to work on Bluetooth? otherwise I have to have it wired to the console right?
