Good price..but as they wont fillet the fish, like Morrisons do..ill leave it.
I made a right pigs a**e of the last one I bought from Asda...rather pay a bit more, and have it filleted for me.

I find the larger the fish, the easier it is to fillet.
Just chop the head off and run a sharp knife along the bone on each side. Then use a fish bone tweezer/picker (around £2/£3 @ Amazon) to remove the small bones along the middle of the fillet. Takes me about 20mins per fish.

If you live near London or Hastings then Billingsgate market run intro courses on filleting fish. I went to one a couple of weeks ago in Hastings -- it was very good - was only £8 including two whole fresh fish to take home.

Have asked 3 or 4 times over a period of time....they always say they don't fillet them.
