The Secret Life Of Pets (Limited Edition with Max Plush) [DVD and Plush Toy] £9.00 using code SIGNUP10 and free delivery @ zoom.co.uk. Black Friday deal while stocks last. Works out cheaper than buying the DVD on its own from most retailers.
From the creators of the blockbuster Despicable Me franchise comes the animated feature-film that finally answers the question: what do your pets do when you’re not home?
When their owners leave for the day, pets from the building gossip with their friends, satisfy their sweet tooths, and throw outrageous parties. But when a pampered terrier and his unruly new “roommate” from the pound get lost in the urban jungle of New York City, they must put aside their differences to survive the epic journey back home.

State of the art animation (I assume)...in standard definition? Don't understand some people

Animation scales up quite well from DVD quality to a HD display, my 9 year old wont mind it not being on a UHD disk and the Max Plush is a massive bonus for him.

This is essentially a gift for a child, am sure my 3 year old niece wont be questioning me as to why I didn't buy her the 4K UHD version

Sadly they don't do the Limited Edition Gift set with the plush with a Blu-Ray...only DVD from what I can find...not quite sure why but maybe it's because they think most kids won't mind if they're watching a DVD rather than a Blu-Ray and will be more interested in the plush toy or the box the set comes in rather than the film itself :stuck_out_tongue:

Glad to have been of help...hope the recipients enjoy it...even if they do happen to be yourself and you've come up with a very cunning "I want to see this but can't justify buying it for myself at this time of year" plan....i.e. you've convinced yourself the kids will just love it so you've bought it for them to watch not yourself but will just happen to be in the room with them when it's on...win win situation
