I thought this was a good price for the Hobbit trilogy, it's the extended version on blu ray which also comes with the 3D version as well.
Amazon also appear to be running a promotion if you spend £50 on select blu rays you'll get £10 off. This blu ray is in the promotion.

Depends if you have sleeping problems, insomnia and sure £12 is great value for a decent nights sleep

Yes they are and so is the extras. Different films with the missing content, just like with the Lord of the rings extended editions.

Been waiting for this to drop from £40 for a while. I bit at £27.99, bought my dad a copy as well and with the voucher they came out at £24 each. Bargain.

Good deal - but why not buy the books? I know times have changed but as a youngster used to love unwrapping nice hardback editions at Christmas. I must stop wallowing in nostalgia.....
