Just picked up a return flight for a long weekend in Tenerife for £60 hand luggage only at end of Jan - Birmingham to Tenerife.
Advert - "10,000 Canary Island seats with 35% off - that's equivalent to 10,000 seats at £35!"
Travel to Canaries seem to be from Birmingham, Manchester and Gatwick within the advert

I booked this week to go to Tenerife with Ryanair from Belfast for roughly the same. it was €200(£175 approx) from Dublin. 90 minute drive up the road was a no brainer!

ha, It's a strange old world , this week I got some Ryanair flights in their sale for £20 return from Birmingham to Dublin and 4 days car hire for £26 and I am driving to the north ! car hire seems quite cheap in Dublin airport

Ain't got a clue, I only brought tickets as so cheap it does not matter if I don't go, due in the Philippines at same time so doubt I'll be going to canaries!
