Well, after buying this myself about three weeks ago for £4 more and thinking that was good, I think this is another new lower for this set! I know that some people aren't keen on buying from Zavvi, but in my experience they're fine for in-stock items.
We can of course hope for a Blu-Ray set at some point, but there doesn't seem to be any sign of that for now, so this is the closest that we can get to a 'definitive' set.
Blurb from the listing:
------
STAR TREK VOYAGER details the adventures of the Starfleet's most adventurous starship, the U.S.S. Voyager, as it is led by Captain Kathryn Janeway (Mulgrew) on missions into deep space. Faced with a 70-year voyage to Earth, the crew must avoid conflict and defeat challenges on its long and perilous journey home. Like Deep Space Nine, early seasons of Voyager feature greater conflict between its crew than is seen in earlier shows, as a large contingent of the crew is made of up of Maquis fugitives forced by circumstance to cooperate with Starfleet, which is probably like the uneasy truce between the Federation and the Cardassians as shown in The Next Generation.

Fantastic price for some classic Trek! Shame the packaging is so naff. (Two huge plastic boxes containing three series each, and swing trays that fall out, plus one mismatched series 7 boxset).
What with this and SG:U 1&2 being £13.49 (Amazon) fans of "ships lost in space" will be well served.

Was looking to buy a few star trek sets but noticed they are all on Netflix. TOS, TNG, Voyager, DS9 and Enterprise!

Won't get a true blu Ray release as the series was recorded digitally rather than on film so they can't upscale it with current tech

Voyager was shot on 35mm film the same as The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, the first three series of Enterprise were also shot on 35mm while the last one was digital. They could remaster it in HD but the main difficulty is that DS9 and VOY both used CG ships much more extensively and they'd have to be built and rendered from scratch, it's technically possible but it's likely unfeasible for the number of sales they'd get back.
Still, I've always hoped they'd remaster a few of the best episodes from each series instead but that's not happening either.

It was shot on film the same as TNG but those blurays ended up selling poorly so there won't be anymore investments in HDing Voyage or DS9.

The worst of all the Star Trek series by a huge margin. Crap actors, bad characters, dreadful stories

My opinion is that Voyager was/is better than TNG
