Just get this edition and install the various visual mods, that's why remastered was free to people who onwed it anyway.

Don't think it does. Forum post on Steam asking this very question. Apparently the free upgrade expired on Oct 28. Was about to buy this but won't now.

I've heard bad things about the stability and quality of the remastered version on all platforms. Might pay to wait for a lot of the bugs to be ironed out anyway.

DLCs are hardly ever on sale and even when they are unless you only need one or two its always been cheaper to buy the legendary edition
