Yes, a headlining impressive monthly cost, due to the deposit being almost as much as the collective monthlies. Just waiting for the next deal to state "only £22pm and £4491 down". These big deposit small monthlies deals are no good if the car gets stolen or written off early on into your lease as you'll not get any of that deposit back should that happen.

so it's actually over £200 a month really accounting for the deposit?

Interesting deal....
How does it stand if getting it on a "PCH" then using if for business miles?

The OP has all the correct details including total price. To quote an average price would be incorrect and lead to confusion.

I have had 2 i30 cars. both 1.4 petrol. totally reliable with No complaints. I was getting 52mpg so was happy with that for a petrol. I purchased my first one in 2009 when they were only £9895 brand new.

if you're leasing, why would a five year warranty matter?

Hyundais are really nice, economic on fuel and affordable. You don't get lots of stuff as standard, but you get an excellent warranty

Had one for 2.5 years, 55000 miles, one minor gearbox seal leak which was picked up at a service and replaced FOC without issue. No problems apart from that. Have been very happy.

Got an i30 1.6SE on a 2year lease deal 11 months ago. Great deal at £140/month (no deposit or fees). Have done 18000 miles and absolutely no problems. Great kit/tech inside. Okay it's not exactly a Merc but really nice to be sitting in a brand new car with all the piece of mind that goes with it. Other half spent big on a BMW 1 series but the Hyundai easily has far more space front, rear and boot. The deal has been perfect for me..Ryders of Warrington set it up, they were brilliant. First time I've leased and will probably stay with leasing now.

Pity a VW dealer wouldn't match that deal on the equivalent Golf GT150.

With an initial payment of £2,490 can you really use the word 'only' before it?

If it was a £50k car maybe.

The word has become meaningless in all retail sectors - regardless of what price they charge, it seems to be prefixed by 'only'

Hyundai = awful cars. 5 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

How does this help, now it has been questioned you will tell us how you know someone down your local pub that has had nothing but problems, if you knew these cars were trouble you would have stated facts in the first place.

WoW, you couldn't be more wrong , they absolutely relaible and good quality materials wich has proved during the years. They give 5 year garantee coz they sure about their cars and wont break down.
Maybe besides the 'dailymail' car articles do some research sometimes ...

Based on what?
My Mrs has a 63 plate I20, full of kit including reversing camera and folding mirrors, small manual (we bought it for the kids to learn in) and frugal imo.
we paid c£5,5k about 6m ago and will keep it until they pass their tests then she will go back into an auto estate (probably another Cee'd) in our experience of KIA (Sister co as I'm sure you're aware) warranty it has been exceptional, I have a BMW and sadly I cannot say the same.
