Also a black one but that works out at £348.90
Paid £320 for a black one yesterday in 'like new' condition so prices vary every day.
Good price though for the gold one

Was going to order but you only get a 30 day warranty! Not certain if Samsung would extend original purchase warranty to second user.

When you purchase something from Argos they also advertise a 30 day money back guarantee.
But, when Amazon advertise 30 returns why do you suddenly believe that that means you lose your statutory consumer rights?
There is no difference in the protection afforded to you whether it is new or used as long a you're not claiming based on the fault it was already discounted for.
Both policies are offered as a bonus by the retailers.

I can't see anything about warranty I see they have a 30 day return policy. there is a post on here that says Amazon warehouse have a 1 year warranty.

On the site it's stated 30 days... However if there's an issue with your item
Use the chat and they'll happily take it back for a full refund
They do however take up to 2 weeks in my experience for refunding
