I have no idea how to find th best deal and Im not a gadget girl but Id like to get a table on Black Friday or Boxing Day..Any suggestions? I would appreciate your help

Whats your budget? What size screen would you like? Ultimately it depends on how much you want to spend, then you can see what bang for buck you can get. I'm currently waiting for the Lenovo Yoga 3 Plus to be released due out this month. It's should offer excellent value for money and performance but costing around £279.
If your looking for a good deal just keep watching HUKD, we have brought numerous tablets from posts on this site. My wife got her Galaxy Tab S2 from John Lewis 2 years ago black Friday £100 off + £50 cash back from Samsung stunning deal. Last year my daughter got a HP prostate 12 worth £400 for £136 + delivery and we also got three Nexus 7's around three years ago, again after seeing deals posted.

thanks for your reply! I'm planning to spend up to £150 on a tablet but I would like to get the best deal for that price. I do not care about the brand but the features. I would like the tablet to permorm well in general and it should have good display, operating system and good memory space. I'm new to tablets and I've never had one but I would like to use it mainly for surfing the Internet and watching videos.... Im not sure if I should look for deals on Black Friday or wait till Boxing Day...Also, Im not sure which retailers offer the best deals on electronics eg. Argos/Currys/Amazon? What about Amazon's tablets? Are they good value for money? I have really no idea how to make a good choice and I have nobody to ask who have some knowledge about electornics...I dont trust sales people haha. I would appreciate your opinion and further advice

it's a good price for a tablet with 4G; but if you don't need that then the screen res might be a bit disappointing.

You need to root to use that properly, can't install apps on sd card without root iirc
It's very hard sometimes to judge what is or is not best value for money, sometimes same models have less memory or storage, so I would use HUKD to decide if something's good value as so many retailers advertise fake reductions and even on Black Friday a so called special offer may not offer any real savings. If in doubt, wait it out, would be my advice if your not in a rush to buy something hot will always pop up, just stay glued to hot deals.
To answer your question on retailers, I don't think any retailers offer exception value for money over another but Amazon are not in the habit of overcharging so generally good value, the fire tablets do sometimes have lower resolution screens but should be fine for what you want to use it for.
