I would definitely be filled with wonderment as to why anyone would stick this cheap and tasteless tat in/on their home and if by "envy" you some how mean pity then yes I would also be filled with envy for them and their neighbours.

Tbh I saw the shelf edge and thought '£3... I'll have that for my little girl', but then I noticed that it doesn't really resemble anything, and left it lol.
