Seriously. ReCore has horrendous loading times* (and I mean horrendous), crappy frame rates and is just stupidly unpolished. It's an absolute atrocious release that really needed more time before it was released...
BUT I absolutely love it (granted I only paid £4.85 for it), it has a seriously good Borderlands feel to the graphics and really nice Tomb Raider style puzzles (in the time that I've played it). It's one of those games that you just carry on playing because you can forgive its failings knowing what a masterpiece it could have been. I paid £4.85 and obviously would recommend it at that price, but I'd definitely recommend it at this price too
*Probably on par with the Battlefield 1 multiplayer load times.

Where did you manage to snag it for that price? I'd have given it a go at that too
Apparently so, but to be honest, it wasn't anything significant.

played the trial and loved it. As the other guy said above it feels a little unfinished and has some frame rate issues, but there is something about it that I really like. Paid £25 for it and it's sitting there ready for when I finish Gears 4

I bought the collectors just for the statue. After using old credit etc. I got it for £18.
Didn't come with the game, but didn't care. The statue is amazing in detail and size is just unreal.
Gotta shift the steel tin and decoder.

Played demo the other day and enjoyed it a lot. Will buy it but my wall of shame is too big at the moment

Good price for a disc copy but If digital is your thing this game is going to be in the second batch of games on the black Friday sale. Not sure how much Microsoft will reduce it by but it could be cheaper than this.

If I remember correctly, this is one of the Play Anywhere titles? If so, it means you can also have access to the game (and all your saves etc) on Windows 10, if you also access the Windows 10 store, at no extra cost. Nifty, as I would assume PC loading time might be lower in some cases.

Yep, shame not for retail versions.
I found the loading times fine on my PC and Xbox One.
