I've been waiting for these to drop to this price range to replace my K451's. Great reviews, free delivery, straight from the manufacturer, all colours available at time of posting & PayPal accepted!
only problem really with these is they press pretty hard on the ears and are uncomfortable after a while

Hyenadog is right, I am replacing mine because of this problem.
Also, they seem to have a bass boost, which is OK if you are using with a tinny mp3 player but not with a proper hifi.

not a replacement for the 451s IMO (less comfy, different style) but great price so head added
