Why would anyone do this? I hate bitter, selfish HUKDers who adopt this default position on anything they miss out on to try and scupper it for others. Should be a perma-ban offense

Anyone else's still processing? At pains to contact Playmobil in case they challenge the discount code usage but that's 12 days ago since I ordered now.

My 6 advent calendars arrived in a GIANT box, with free gift. At first thought the DVD was missing but it was tucked in one of the boxes.

Received both my orders. Excellent quality. Takes a while to ship but then arrives in just a day. If your order is still processing don't worry I am it will be fulfilled, just have to wait a bit.

Just received my order. Like others have said, a couple of things were in bags and not boxes, these were intended to be Christmas presents. I think what I might do is actually build/set them up and place them on top of or in front of her presents unwrapped. My son will be getting his cozi coupe unwrapped, will think of something to leave set up for my eldest daughter too. Unless I see any nice gift boxes that are going cheap. Or maybe try and get the big sticker off of the bags and put them in her stocking (I don't usually wrap anything in the stocking). So there's a few options really. I got the free gift, also in a bag, and the free dvd with my order.

Anyone's still processing?

I rang the number on the bottom of the packing list, this listed the free item and it was ticked off but not enclosed, the woman I spoke to said she will put one in the post tonight so I suggest you all call and request it.

Two of the 6 items I ordered came in a bag, without a box. Not exactly giftable in that state!

Checking my order confirmation, the free gift item wasn't even listed on there, so pressing them for it isn't likely go well :disappointed:

No free gift for me either. Not massively bothered, as I feel I've had a bargain, but my order confirmation lists the free gift, so I'm going to try my luck with them!

Yeah I was thinking of getting some to store for birthdays but the prices aren't that great now. Will probably just wait for the Playmobil damaged box and discontinued list.

I've just gone to Order the hospital and two cars but stacking not working so no order from me.

I was going to explain that last night but half way through typing I thought "if they can't work that out for themselves then tough!"

Bah, how annoying they're not stacking anymore. I also can't find the spare parts section, if you're buying small sets it can often be cheaper to buy all the parts separately than the whole set together, I've done that before and saved heaps but maybe they've stopped that too.

That makes it pretty weak. I bought mine yesterday and even with double discount only about 5% cheaper than amazon. Probably cheaper on amazon now.
