It works in the basket then when I tried to pay said that one was invalid and I had to manually remove it to continue. I got an order in first but then went back for more so not too fussed the 2nd order failed!

have tried both on pc and blackberry - it gives the discount then after entering all my details and i press pay to pay it crashes out of the site and removes everything from my cart. frustrating !

That makes it pretty weak. I bought mine yesterday and even with double discount only about 5% cheaper than amazon. Probably cheaper on amazon now.

Bah, how annoying they're not stacking anymore. I also can't find the spare parts section, if you're buying small sets it can often be cheaper to buy all the parts separately than the whole set together, I've done that before and saved heaps but maybe they've stopped that too.

I've just received my order but the free gift wasn't included

No free gift for me either. Not massively bothered, as I feel I've had a bargain, but my order confirmation lists the free gift, so I'm going to try my luck with them!

Two of the 6 items I ordered came in a bag, without a box. Not exactly giftable in that state!

Checking my order confirmation, the free gift item wasn't even listed on there, so pressing them for it isn't likely go well :disappointed:

I rang the number on the bottom of the packing list, this listed the free item and it was ticked off but not enclosed, the woman I spoke to said she will put one in the post tonight so I suggest you all call and request it.

I emailed them a while ago and just received a response...

Anyone's still processing?

Just received my order. Like others have said, a couple of things were in bags and not boxes, these were intended to be Christmas presents. I think what I might do is actually build/set them up and place them on top of or in front of her presents unwrapped. My son will be getting his cozi coupe unwrapped, will think of something to leave set up for my eldest daughter too. Unless I see any nice gift boxes that are going cheap. Or maybe try and get the big sticker off of the bags and put them in her stocking (I don't usually wrap anything in the stocking). So there's a few options really. I got the free gift, also in a bag, and the free dvd with my order.

Received both my orders. Excellent quality. Takes a while to ship but then arrives in just a day. If your order is still processing don't worry I am it will be fulfilled, just have to wait a bit.

Received it all, well packaged but minus the free DVD. Being a major league tightarse, I've emailed them about this.......

My 6 advent calendars arrived in a GIANT box, with free gift. At first thought the DVD was missing but it was tucked in one of the boxes.
