I can't say I've used the seller but they're UK based and have great ratings.

these are good for night shots a 3 sec timer and remote setting get lovely sharp images in low light, as well as giving long exposure control..

hot given this is official. however I have an eBay cheapo and it works perfectly.

got one a few years ago for 99p worked fine.

I bought one of these for £3 and although it works OK, the range is about 10 feet.
I use mine mostly close to the camera when it's on a tripod to prevent camera shake on lo9ng exposures.
Good for the price I suppose.
