Seen these twice walking round the store in Fort William was not sure if they where any good. Decided not to impulse buy. Are we saying this is a great quality set.

No these are not a great quality set. They are 18/0 stainless steel (18% chromium, 0% nickel) and will rust with ease. You need to get a set with 18/10 as they have much better corrosion resistance and can be left to air dry or leave in a dishwasher without worry.

LoL Love this
Love this too Saved me a switch from my grandparents old set which do not show any age at all accept for the knifes could be more efficient at cutting.
I will not be buying tomorrow based on your recommendation.
Cheers

Appreciate that thanks. If it helps, I have the Viners Eden Range (18/10) which I regularly leave to air dry and also leave in the dishwasher sometimes and quickly give a little tea towel rub before putting away. Three years old, used everyday, not one bit of tarnish showing.
However, steak knives (18/0) purchased same time, used twice a month if that, tarnished and spot rust all over blade. Never use them now and they are on my 'to replace list'.
Its worth paying the bit extra for 18/10 and it will say it in the description as it a major selling point, no one advertises the fact their product is 18/0.
