depends on what sort of quality you're after. It'll b usable but nothing compared to a video from a decent camera or camera phone.
jump on youtube and you'll find reviews on it.
I don't own any apple products but doesn't an Ipad mini have 5-megapixel iSight camera and a
FaceTime HD camera built in?

I could be wrong but I think this works with android TV boxes, maybe amlogic chipset. Worth checking out as you could have a cheap Skype system for your TV.

I have this webcam. Worked ok for about a year and now only the microphone works ok. For the money you get really good video quality(when it works).
