Crap TVs made from inferior components. I've had 2 both failed 1 after 14 months.

the components for almost all of the top branded tv's Sony, Panasonic, LG etc are all manufacturered by the same people in China, you're deluded if you think Sony and LG buy components from separate suppliers, the only thing you pay for is the label. that's usually the only diffenerce between tv's at a component level.

Inferior components? Compared to what? Other Similar spec TV'S at a similar price point? If so do you have a component list so I can please make a fair comparison?
Have you posted similarly negative comments on all the other LG branded deals on here or just this one? Best do them all just in case someone else was about to fall foul of their dastardly plans.

Watch out, I think this one has one of LGs "fake 4K" RGBW panels.

According to all spec listings I have seen, this is NOT one of their fake RGBW models. But I don't know this 100% for certain.

I bought this from John Lewis at 499 in the early hours. It's now 479 office matched with Argos. Can I get the £20 refunded and how?
The 661V is IPS, vs MVA for the 635V. Depends what environment you're watching in, and if viewing angles are concern. IPS is better for angles but worse for blacks, unless you're viewing in a very bright environment. For head on viewing in a dark/dim setting though, VA or MVA is the best choice.

Very tempted as looking for something this size, ideally with Freesat integration but there's virtually no reviews out there.
