I'm not sure whether I should install that cooler or just get a normal air cooler. I'm not too confident installing it and also potential risk. Any advice

This is a "all-in-one" unit, it's very very easy to put in, and there's a very small risk associated with it, you need not worry about that. Just make sure your case has space for a 240mm radiator in it.

This is out of my total £800 budget tbh, building or purchasing a gaming PC for my nephew, I could do with a package that was like £350 so I could afford the other things. I think an I5 Intel would suffice also.
I mean what is missing from this deal..
Case £60
Power Supply £60
Graphics Card £170
SSD 250GB £100
HHD 2TB £70
Sound Card ?
DVD/BLU £25
WiFi £25
Better, quieter Fans £15 each
Keyboard & Mouse £50
Windows OS ?
So, if anyone sees a decent deal in this region please post it <3
