Rated as 5 stars by TripAdvisor, this is a fantastic day out up in North Wales.
I've done the Ultimate Zip trip twice and the Ultimate Extreme trip once (you can arrange a private trip if you have 8+ people) and every time has been excellent and pushes people to their mental limits climbing high above open chasms and navigating by just your head torches.
This trip advertised isn't as tough as the above but that makes it accessible for younger age groups (see Go Below website for info). If there was 8 of you then you could also have a private trip.
Would thoroughly recommend this as a day out. The temperature in the mine stays the same throughout the year so you'll be fine in Winter.
Note this is not to be confused with the nearby Bounce Below attraction.
£109.50 for four tickets, plus 8% cash back on quidco or 7.5 on tcb
Done something similar off my own back with a group of friends, mega good fun. Ended up being benighted in the cave and not being able to see the patch of 'daylight' that marked the exit. Then had to hike back across a mountain at 1AM.

I went on the extreme trip here earlier this year with a group of friends on a stag do. It was brilliant. I'm tempted to go again.
Our guide did say the normal trip is significantly shorter and definitely aimed at a younger crowd.

Started reading it thinking it's something I'd try... stopped at "Third Bridge (The Bridge of Death)" !!

Is it worse than El Camino https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmDhRvvs5Xw especially around the 1 min 20 seconds mark if you havn't watched this before i believe its alot safer nowadays.

I believe they have closed the old "path" now. The last video I seen was of a new one which looked pretty dull and safe lol.

This is a really fun day out. My kids really enjoyed the 'Bounce Below' option.

really good fun, and pushes you out of your comfort zone. beware though, a couple of our group who were all for it had to sit out because they were too scared to get past the test run (a high ladder, some zip wires)
