Thanks op we have just had a krispy kreme shop/cafe open nearby so this gives me a perfect excuse to give it a try!

Definitely worth signing up. You get the birthday donut but there are occasionally other offers like bogof's too. The best KK deal was the Christmas cards for charity - each had a voucher on the back for a dozen glazed donuts. Absolute bargain. Some greedy sods used to sell the vouchers on eBay though so I guess that's why they stopped doing them.
