I bought it myself last month from Amazon as I've owned Fractal cases in the past and they are very high quality with many options for PC builders. This is the version without a window and includes sound dampening material on front, side panels and top.

I bought a Dell laser printer from Ebuyer a month ago, having bought several items in the past with no drama. Tripped the electrics on first use when powered on. Took them 3 weeks to agree a return authorisation (after 3 phone calls and several emails). They then said they could not replicate the fault and want to dock me a £10 collection fee before agreeing a refund - seriously avoid this company!

that doesn't sound like the best experience. Personally the only experience I've had with ebuyer customer service is when I ordered some RAM from them a couple of weeks ago. When it arrived I realised I'd bought the wrong stuff. I used their online return form and sent it back. It was accepted without question and I didn't have to speak with anybody. Got a full refund.

For itx and a similar design (but more compact imo) check out the antec isk600. Great case imo

plumberman56 I have also bought from them for years. This is the first time I have had a problem with one of the items they sell. It is only when things don't go well that you realise how good a company are or not.
It is a pity that in my case because the item I bought was for my daughter at University, I did not install it for 8 days. If it had been seven or less then I would still be fighting them and maybe they would have given in under DSR.
