This is such a lovely thing for days when you don't want to put the heating on or if you're feeling a bit under the weather and want some comfort. Its quite big at 150cm x 90cm, fully machine washable (You just unclip the heating controls) and can be tumble dried too.
The controller has 6 different heat settings and a timer and it costs from 1p per 3 hours to run so it's a lot cheaper than a hot water bottle. The cord is 210cm long so you should have plenty of space to plug it in as well.
It's a fleecy type of material and doesn't feel too heavy. It is available in either brown or grey plus with getting it from John Lewis you get an extended warranty of 2 years in total.

I got the big fake fur one a week or so ago from Argos ebay when they had 20% off. Bought it on ebay then went out 5mins later and picked it up from my store 10mins away.
1. Don't get this little one you'll get frustrated, it's smaller than you would think.
2 If you have a dog get them a heated dog bed, I'm constantly being pestered by mine to sit on my lap. My heated dog bed was dispatched today so I'll have this lovely toasty thing all to my self soon.

I have the brown one, same price last year in argos. Lovely but find it a bit small.
