Yes you have to be a member. You scan your card before it allows you to buy.

yes members only, you have to scan membership card then put in debit card and pin no before putting in fuel, it is unmanned and no cash or credit card accepted

I posted previously that a planning application had been submitted for a petrol station at Edinburgh. This was approved last week - hopefully construction work starts early next year.

Whenever Costco open a new station they price the fuel usually 2p cheaper than the regular price for the first few weeks.
The normal price is currently 106.9p
