The normal price is currently 106.9p

Yes you have to be a member. You scan your card before it allows you to buy.

yes members only, you have to scan membership card then put in debit card and pin no before putting in fuel, it is unmanned and no cash or credit card accepted

costco fuel prices are local to each area , chester was a bit more than liverpool about 2 weeks ago
