The 'Today's Usual' Black Friday price of £18 for a Chromecast 2, matching the price at Currys PC World. Now at Tesco, for those that can't get down to PC World (or don't want to wait for delivery).

How do you know it's not Chromecast 1?

this is the Chromecast 2 that supports HD video not to be confused with the Chromecast Ultra which is supports 4K video streaming, if you can actually find any 4k content!

This is the 2015 model not the 2014. Only the 2016 model supports 4k or chromecast ultra . Hope Google soon runs out of 2015 model and the 4k model becomes the normal chromecast .

Hope same time next year the 4k model sells at £18 as well. Then all the people buying 1080p TV and 1080p chromecast and thinking they got a bargain will have to dump them,!

Fair point, I should have phrased it better. What I meant was 4k content as in movies or TV programmes, which are still quite rare or very expensive!
