You do have to pay £2 on orders under £20 though so unless you want to buy something else with it it's not as much of a deal (it was £19.95 before black Friday though so the same problem)

How is this compared to the ck be in terms of smell and strength?

The strength is good, The fragrance is longer lasting than stuff like CK Be and CK One. As for the smell I'm no good at explaining the scent but I like it and I'm a fan of CK Be, Eternity, CK Free, Euphoria
