I have the older none ceramic version. Love it and so much easier to clean than a conventional sandwich toaster. Hot from me at this price.

Paid £20 for the standard one & it's an outstanding bit of kit. And this has Variable Temperature Control which mine doesn't

I've ordered this one because this has height control on the top heater. i.e. It won't crush your sandwich/roll/panini.
