Looks like they have increased their prices too, was looking at a coat yesterday and it was £50, now this morning it's £65.

Yeh it's a shame asos feel the need to do that. Trackie bottoms £16 yesterday, £20 today. Don't get me wrong I love asos & can't fault their customer service, but have some respect for your customers and don't falsely inflate product prices for a sudo sale. Anyone that stores items in the asos app watchlist knows when they're taking the ****

Cynical scumbags. Let's hope this 'sale' falls flat on its face.

ASOS has gone downhill for me over the past year. Not sure if it was the news about the conditions of its workers that effected its shareholders but now sales are generally poor. I could easily spend £100 a year ago and restock numerous shirts, jeans and shoes but now I honestly struggle to route through the 'sale' and find one decent item.
The only good sales are when they have summer/winter seasonal clearouts, but then you need to be willing to hold onto most of it until next year and hope it doesn't go out of style.

That's just another example of how Black Friday works. Ppl think they have got a bargain so they buy it.

I find their customer service atrocious. They've outsourced it to India so queries can take a week to get a response to. I've ordered multiple products during sales, and 3 separate times my package has been 'lost' in the warehouse and I've had to chase them up. Didn't even get a sorry just a refund. I was spending a good thousand a year with them but don't use them anymore. It's irritating they don't have a phone line.

Yeah i'm really starting to dislike them, things taken out of sale completely and increased in price.

I sent them a message on Twitter and got the response 'We have different promotions running at different times, and our prices do sometimes change - sorry you missed out'

Also they're doing 30% off in the US but only 20% off in the UK :disappointed:

Probably because it's cheaper to be a retailer in the US and make more profit.
