The nylon braided version of Ankers lightning cable is considered very durable so this is a good price for a 6ft cable for the same price as a 3ft one.

I have had 2 of these both failed within 3 months. Anker replaced them no problem but they are not reliable

Just get a USB extension cable off eBay for £3 and plug your lighting cable into that.

Pros: fast charger
Cons: give it a few months and its stops operating properly, you have to fiddle with it and hold to charge.
In a nutshell I wouldn't buy it no more, although price dropped Down from £7.99

:disappointed: bit worrying as recently ordered two!
hope it holds out for a while. not looking forward to the hassle of replacing them!

I forked out more for the powerline+ ones that they do, and so far it has survived my partner. I'd say these will probably be good if you respect objects, if it's for someone that doesn't get the powerline+

They can easily slide out when tugged lightly, i would just use a basic extension lead if you want the socket closer to you.

well, it has been noted that they are not reliable, but Anker duly replaces them...
sound like crap to me - nothing worse than suffering with a dodgy charging cable.
