Download Amazon Now onto your phone and order the firestick with code NOWFIVE to save an additional five pounds AND get it delivered in 2 hours - if you live in the right areas!!!
I had pending order with Amazon, asked them to price match or cancel and they opted to cancel. Maybe they'll change the price later, who knows. Not sure how much stock Maplin have to shift.

I don't know much about kodi, but can I install kodi on my samsung tablet then use kodi to play movies (that I have on my tablet's hdd, not streamed) and this will be cast onto my tv via the amazon stick? I was going to get chromecast to do this but prefer amazon as it has all of the mainstream catchup tv which I believe chromecast doesn't

But you have to spend £25 to qualify for £10 cashback. Fire stick is £24.95 with Argos.
Normally I'd jump for this, nearly bought the Roku the other day but with a new, higher spec version going to be released very soon (and already available in the US) then I feel Amazon and Argos are just getting rid of older stock. It's perfectly usable but the new version may only be £10 more than this so ask yourself if it's worth waiting.

you can set a pin to stop unauthorised purchases.
Thanks. Just tried that & it works. (You install the app on the Fire TV not the Apple device for anyone interested). Screen mirroring & photos work well but it seems a bit flaky playing videos in full HD & they aren't scaled right on the lower setting on a 1080p TV.
