I think it depends what you buy - the jackets i've bought before have been true to size. T shirts/Polo's can be a bit short in length I believe so best to buy a size up on these or maybe don't order if your tall...or have a beer belly like my fella :-)

I can second what NJ said about being true to size. My other half had a body warmer from them in his normal size and it fitted nicely
