Many of these Aldi markdowns are store-specific. Not all of them, but the head office ones are usually rubbish discounts.
The stores are given a markdown provision to clear stock, it's up to them what they reduce so long as it's over 4 weeks old.

Printed card suggests this is a national reduction, if you can find stock.
