It was being sold in the Exeter store (Ex-Bridges) this afternoon, however, I did not buy any - picked up the Cheerios instead.

They taste fine but not really like Lion bars, I'm sure if you eat it, there might be some hint of Lion but if you weren't looking at the box, you'd have never known it was Lion cereal. I bought this last week from Asda at full price and I won't be buying it again, not that it tastes bad but because for the price (£2.50?) there's others that taste better.
Having said that, for £1 it's certainly worth a try, you might like it.

Pretty horrible in my opinion. The caramel flavouring is overpowering.

Sounds good to me. Im off to buy some. Here's the description:
Lion Cereal is based on the Lion Bar, which comprises a filled wafer, caramel, and crisp cereal, covered in milk chocolate. The cereal consists of whole-grain cereal, with a caramel paste, and the same whole-grain cereal with cocoa.

Caramel topnotes upon a heart of diabetes, coupled with the heady base notes of desperation. Why not complement your selection with Frijj instead of milk?
