I have been looking for one of these since our Tefal Actifry broke down one week after the one year warranty. It was only 1.2KG size and cost over £100. I decided I will never get that make again. Instead I got this one from Aldi for nearly half the price, 3 times the size and 3 years warranty. If it breaks after the 3 years who cares..it paid for itself.

Tempted as my activity is almost 5 years old and with almost daily use, will most certainly be giving up soon. Will wait for more reviews, can you let me know how it fairs against the actifry op?

You should have waited another six weeks before giving it to her :stuck_out_tongue:

Don't buy it. We got one last time they had them on offer and it went back within a week. Takes 3 times as long to cook as it actually says. Stick to Tefal.

Stick to a conventional fryer, these things are a glorified Oven, you will not get Chips like you do from a fryer...... though one night I was drunk and I found it it cooks a lovely Steak.

Got one of these and ended up binning it. Chips always ended up burned on one side and under done on another. I tried several different oils. Always the same result

Its pretty poor and takes ages to cook. Got at start of the year for £50 and tried it for a couple of weeks but is now gathering dust
