Placed an order through this site but email was wrong. went to change it and order was accepted before I could. Will I get a text message when order is ready to collect?

yes u you will get email at despatch and then when ready to collect (and a text). if thr order or details is wrong you can phone and cancel or amend

Yes you normally woud get a text message or email to say it's ready for collection
