Details above, confirmed discount in the UK - £100 off so lowest it's ever been (£759 PREVIOUS) Regardless of your opinions on high end VR headsets, it's still a hefty discount.
Only valid for purchases from 25th to 28th.
2 free games - Zombie Simulator and The Gallery ep1
You can order from Curry's, directly from Vive or Overclockers I believe.
Just in time to experience Google Earth
Any questions relating to Vive, I'll try to answer them.
I want it but it's still way too expensive with the inflated UK price, this is only £30 less than the launch rrp. If it was the US price of £589 then it would be a lot more attractive. Blame Brexit!
Still voted hot as best price if you have the cash lying around.

I believe it only works through revive, it's fairly easy to set up. There's a subreddit which would give you all the information you need

I wonder if oculus will drop its price too. Amazon warehouse price of ocukus had been way over £700 lol

GAME are doing the Rift at £549 with free £100 Oculus credit
Good discount, but anyone looking to pull the trigger do keep in mind there's likely to be news about a Vive 2nd gen (or updated 1st gen) at the start of 2017. So you pays your money and you takes your chances.

I doubt gen 2 early 2017.i've seen pleanty of articles with head people denying this. The only thing i think we can expect is a wireless addon as this has been released over in the east but not here yet.

Not released early 2017, but very likely to be news of some sort coming out.
That seems very possible. Just wanted people to have all the information, as I know it's frustrating to spend a lot of money on something and then it so quickly become superseded by a new version.

New base stations and touch like controllers.
Headset will pretty much stay the same.

While the Vive did mark up the retail price (probably more than they needed to), Brexit isn't to blame for tax inflating the price more Adding VAT to £589 is still £706.80. Not only that, but especially electronics have sometimes charged more than the VAT difference than the prices in the US way before Brexit. Brexit may or may not be a good thing, but really you can't blame Brexit for anything, nothing has actually happened yet. Also everyone knew the pound would drop after the announcement, that wasn't the point of voting to leave the EU. The real criticism should be how it affects us long term.

I do like my vive. Wow factor wears off but I still put in the hours playing ping pong (paddle up) and yes I've had Assetto Corsa & Dirt Rally working with revive. Much prefer it to have developer support that having to jump through hoops. Heat. Best price available.

I'm in the same boat, I'm actually currently carrying out in store demonstrations in Curry's PC world and every person has been wowed, I would love to experience it all over again.
Saying that, I still love the technology and you will still find great moments with it, for example, Google Earth is amazing.

Still makes me laugh watching someone drop the controllers thinking they're placing them onto a ping pong table that isn't there
