Got FIFA 17 500GB bundle from tesco.
No fan noises or clicking.
I would go as far as saying it's a fair bit quieter than Xbox one.

I can't speak for others but my XB1 S 500GB is whisper quiet and my XB1 before was a lot noisier!

Got that deal when it was out , xlnt deal, sold old xbox and the games I got with this for £240 on gumtree = new console and warranty + £5 for the hassle lol
