Again not a bad price, slightly different to the other one posted, here's what you get:

You could sell the two games and the extra controller bringing the console below £200, still nowhere as good as it has been a few weeks back.
If they get Gears of War 4 back in stock you might be able to add that for a extra £20 because it seem's like the deals are stacking.
