Saw these instore today. These are Walkers take on Pringles. Says they are limited edition, so I guess how well they sell will decide if they stick around. They are available in Original, Sour Cream & Onion and Paprika flavours

They taste exactly like Walkers Squares only in Pringle form. I bought a packet last week but had a right challenge opening the lid lol, you have to squeeze the side to open the top.

Well I really like Squares so that sounds good then. Not tried em yet, figured the top would be fiddly though. I've seen the same design used on a few of the knock off Pringles several companies sell.

i love STAX, there used to be an American shop in our town center that sold the imported STAX, the jalepeno flavor were amazing, and the beef burger flavor!
They were Lays not Walkers, i think that they are the same company tho.
Do you think that they will release the more / nicer flavors in the uk? or will we just be stuck with the current 3 flavors?

They are nice and yes squares taste. The lid is a bad design though, but that's what a patent does for pringles.

Looks like it. Theyve pretty much always sold them in other countries, albeit under 'Lays' brand. Guess the packaging design was the usual cost cutting.

or maybe recognition of the environmental impact of selling crisps in plastic tubs!

Picked up a tube of these in Asda on Saturday.
Noticed that they have a tear-off top and, unlike Pringles, no top that can be put back on again to keep them fresh.
Put them back on the shelf again.

You squeeze the lid so the seal brakes then you can put the lid back on... They're not as air tights as pringles but do the job
