They do tend to sell out quickly each day, No chance of getting any in my local store from lunchtime onwards, they all get snapped up in the morning period each day.

Last time they were on offer my local Tesco Metro (The Express stores don;t sell them) had sold out 3 days in a row having displayed 10 packs at 10am. Then put another 15 on the shelf at 10.15am and a further 10 at 10.30 all gone within 10mins of being displayed. Won't be bothering this time.

Actually they work out at 13.9g sugar per 100g, which yes is quite high , but compare that to say Jordan's Country Crisp Strawberry Breakfast cereal (which you would assume is better ) and that works out at 20.8g sugar per 100g.
And thanks I've now just put myself off the Jordan's cereal I bought earlier in Tesco, as I hadn't realised really how much sugar it actually contained.

The white bleached flour it is made from is converted into sugar very fast by our body and lacks any fibre. That is why very high glycemic index. So sugar plus carbohydrate which is converted into sugar is more sugar than the body can cope and will give you diabetes.

You will be surprised how many children and adults in Uk have diabetes all due to white Flour, sugar and sugar containing beverages like juice which do not contain any fiber .
